What You’ll Need (Non-Negotiable)

• Hard landscaping skills – patios, retaining walls, timber structures, groundworks, turfing
• Leadership mentality – lead from the front, not from the van
• Organisation – plan, keep jobs on track, and hit deadlines
• Communication – with clients, management, and your team
• Pride & standards – you don’t cut corners, and you won’t let your team do it either
• Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running domestic landscaping projects from start to finish
• Leading and developing a small, skilled team
• Planning, problem-solving, and keeping sites moving smoothly
• Staying hands-on paving, building, installing, creating
• Delivering gardens that uphold the reputation of DNA Landscapes
