Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation. Replication andamp; Streaming: IBM CDC replication technologies. Confluent Kafka. IBM Voltage encryption. NoSQL Expertise: Strong in Couchbase cluster management. Version upgrades, security patching, performance tuning. High availability via node scaling and rebalancing. Programming andamp; Automation: Python andamp; Shell Scripting. Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines. Systems Knowledge: Linux/Unix environments. Networking protocols. Ownership of production systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication. Comfortable working across IST andamp; US Eastern time zone. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Advanced Certifications. Multi-cloud platform exposure. Distributed systems architecture experience. Hands-on with Kafka streaming platforms. Couchbase (or similar NoSQL) cluster admin experience. Data replication pipeline development and maintenance.
