My fantastic client is seeking someone on-site, Mon to Fri based at their UK headquarters, supporting two dynamic sales teams and delivering exceptional customer service across the UK and France. THE OPPORTUNITY My client are a fast-growing supplier of aftermarket parts and service solutions and are now looking for an organised, proactive Sales Administrator to join their busy sales office and play a key role in supporting their sales and service operations.WHAT YOU''LL DO Coordinate daily customer enquiries from the UK and France via phone and emailSupport the sales teams with accurate quotations for spare parts, service visits, and maintenance packagesProcess customer orders, ensuring correct pricing, lead times, and part identificationLiaise with the supply chain team to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery schedulesCoordinate dispatch of goods, including basic export documentation for EU and international shipmentsMaintain customer records, order histories, and CRM dataSupport the service department with scheduling, parts allocation, and follow-up communicationProvide after-sales support, including order updates, tracking information, and issue resolutionWork closely with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experienceAssist with general administrative duties ..... full job details .....
