Production Operative Banbury Standard - £15.12/hr PAYE Double Days - £17.31/hr PAYE 6 Months (Rolling) 37 per week Inside IR35 We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a specialist aerospace manufacturing facility in Banbury. The site designs and manufactures advanced lightweight composite fuel pipes and fluid conveyance systems supplied to major global aerospace platforms, including Airbus and Boeing. These components are critical to aircraft performance, efficiency and safety. This role sits within a structured, quality-driven production environment where attention to detail, consistency and adherence to process are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Assembling advanced composite fuel pipe and fluid conveyance components to precise aerospace standards • Following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions • Using hand tools, machinery and production equipment safely and effectively • Completing build documentation to ensure full traceability • Maintaining high 5S and housekeeping standards • Carrying out basic TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checks • Supporting Lean and continuous improvement activities • Working collaboratively within a team-focused production environment Required Skills and Experience: • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently • Strong attention to detail and quality focus • Confidence to highlight quality or safety ..... full job details .....
