Hanley Fulltime; Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm Driver''s licence and own vehicle required The Role As the Digital and CRM Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the organisations CRM system and supporting wider digital systems. You''ll be a go-to expert for CRM management, data quality, and system optimisation, ensuring our staff and members enjoy a seamless digital experience. Alongside CRM work, you''ll provide essential IT coordination and first-line technical support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities include: Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM, including administration behind user accounts, access levels, and permissions. Maintain accurate, standardised records; run duplicate checks and data cleansing tasks, ensuring excellent data quality. Create insightful reports and dashboards for management and departmental use. Assist with automation and process improvement. Produce short "how-to" guides and support staff with CRM and system use Support with system development, testing and implementing new features or integrations.
