HR Data Administrator

This six-month fixed term contract role is to provide a proactive comprehensive and professional administration service which supports the achievement of business objectives, improves organisational performance and ensures legislative and policy compliance. Role Specific Responsibilities Support the department in the provision of administration for learning and development, coordinating bookings, taking registers, scanning documents, designing posters for events, collating and reporting on feedback. Support the team with recruitment administration activity including chasing for documents, scanning paperwork, inputting data onto our database. Meet and greet interviewees, copy relevant compliance documents and ensure selection assessments are undertaken in agreed deadlines. Assisting with the implementation of an applicant tracking system, ensuring data is migrated and input into the system, reconciling spreadsheets to new records and data cleansing. Assist with payroll administration including inputting absence and leave into the HR database in time for monthly payroll deadlines. Assist with the updating and collating of all manual and electronic records, including digital archiving, condensing file paths/names and ensuring our files are compliant with retention guidelines.
