Behaviour Support Worker Location: PrestonContract: Full-time, Monday to FridayHours: 8:30am - 4:00pmPay: £100-£110 per dayStart Date: March We are looking for a Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support Worker for a well-regarded SEMH Provision in Preston.You will be working in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who have very complex emotional and behavioural needs. These students often come from traumatic backgrounds and are disengaged with mainstream education.This school supports a mixture of primary and secondary aged students, and every student has an EHCP.Due to the nature of the students, you must be comfortable managing emotional dysregulation, challenging behaviour, and maintain a level of calmness when faced with aggression.
