The Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.About youAs a Support Worker, it is not essential that you have previous experience of supporting a person with a disability, however, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as IT skills are required for the role, as is a proficient level of written and spoken English for the purposes of case recording .
