We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Independent garage who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Chelmsford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
 
Benefits:

- Salary: up to £35,000 basic p.a.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.
- 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 8.00am-1.00pm.

Requirements:

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
- UK Right to Work, Full UK Driving Licence.

Duties:

- Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and face to face.
- Booking in vehicles into the workshop and workshop loading.
- Costing up jobs and invoicing for work done.
- Actively sourcing required parts online.
- Advising the customer about the work being done utilising your knowledge of vehicles.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000.
