About the role The EFI Group is seeking a Careers Service Manager to lead the delivery of an innovative and inclusive careers service across the EFI Group including the Fashion Retail Academy and the London College of Beauty Therapy. This role plays a key part in enhancing the student experience and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. You will work closely with team including Delivery and Marketing to embed careers guidance into the curriculum and support the growth of our alumni community. The role also includes managing UCAS Fair events, external partnerships, and collaborating with tech partners to maintain our career platform. A key part of the role involves delivering professional and personal development sessions to students, supporting the EIF Ofsted Framework and ensuring alignment with Gatsby Benchmarks.
