Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Building ServicesLocation: Enfield, North LondonSalary: 40KHours of work: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to FridayNicholas Associates have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer, to join a prestigious client based in Enfield.The RoleYou will be responsible for both PPM and reactive Maintenance tasks and undertake the necessary maintenance duties to support the operational effectiveness of the technical services team.You will:Carry out various Maintenance related reactive and PPM tasks across siteCommunicate with, induct and supervise sub-contracts on-site when neededPlace orders for parts and stockCarry out various electrical installationsSupport the Operations department for specific projectsPerform fault finding and repairs on electrical assetsReduce contractor costs by increasing the amount of in-house electrical jobsEnsure work is undertaken in compliance with relevant HandS regulations and proceduresLiaise with helpdesk and other subcontractors to deliver maintenance across the company estate to a suitable standard, in accordance with the maintenance schedules Skills and ExperienceYou will have:A completed recognised electrical qualification, such as CandG Level 3Previous experience in a similar roleInspection and Testing qualification is desirableExperience in a maintenance environmentKnowledge and experience in BMSIT literateCustomer service skillsFull driving license About UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and ..... full job details .....
