About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Central London, for a Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor to join their People and Operations function. This is a key role responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding service. You will act as the first point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and new starters, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and well-managed experience from vacancy approval through to successful onboarding.
