Summary of the Senior Commercial Property Solicitor role Salary: £60,000+ per annumLocation: KetteringType of Contract: PermanentHours: full-time Monday to FridayResponsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Solicitor Manage your own caseload, providing full support on a variety of property transactions.Advise clients on leases, acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and agricultural property.Liaise with commercial lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related legal documents.Act for a range of clients, including SIPPs/SASSs, corporate entities, and private individuals.Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and quality review.Build strong, lasting client relationships through excellent service and legal expertise.Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the department, with scope to specialise in niche areas as the team expands.
