This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector buildings while developing your career alongside experienced surveyors.What your day will consist of: Leading and managing your own commissions, including schedules of dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis and pre-acquisition surveys.Supporting party wall matters and general neighbourly commissions, including notices, negotiations and schedules of condition.Preparing specifications and tender documents, assessing tenders and advising clients on costs and project delivery.Acting as contract administrator across various projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.Learning from senior surveyors to understand client expectations, providing technical and commercial guidance throughout each project. What you''ll need for the job role: Degree in Building Surveying.MRICS Chartered status or willingness to achieve chartered status.Experience in surveys, dilapidations, project management, repairs, and maintenance.Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS is beneficial.Organised, proactive, commercially aware, ..... full job details .....
