Property Manager

Our well-Established multi office Independent Estate Agency client based in Victoria, London SW1, are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department. The successful Property Manager applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Overseeing a portfolio of Properties Team meetings Implement new procedures. Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties. Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management Striving to exceed individual targets and standards. Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities. Striving to exceed customer expectations. Handling complaints and providing solutions Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies Ensuring compliance Carrying out inspections Maintenance coordination The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Must have 2 years experience as a Property Manager The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy. Experience of lettings/property management software packages Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but not essential.
