Job Summary Anzuk Education is hiring a passionate English Teacher on behalf of a highly respected grammar school in Gloucestershire. This is a full-time, permanent teaching role starting September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in a supportive, high-achieving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire progress
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to department planning and school-wide initiatives
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge of the English curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire secondary school students
- Commitment to professional development and high teaching standards
- Rated "Outstanding" in many areas by Ofsted (overall rating: Good)
