We are searching for a dynamic Sales Support Administrator to join my client''s enthusiastic team on the outskirts of Chelmsford! This is an exciting opportunity to support the Key Account Managers and be an integral part of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Support Administrator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the sales processes run smoothly.
- Create and manage sales opportunities in collaboration with the Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly and accurately, ensuring quality service.
- Generate programming and engineer request tickets where required to keep projects on track.
- Liaise with the procurement team to adjust and confirm order details efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries on behalf of the Account Managers when they are unavailable.
- Assist with follow-ups and enquiry tickets for key account clients, providing excellent customer support.
- Arrange collections and deliveries as required to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with the service team for consistent and timely fulfilment of requests.
- Update projected close dates and maintain accurate CRM records for seamless operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for general queries related to key account clients.
- Communicate with the engineering team regarding installations and site visits.
- Manage trial and loan equipment with precision, keeping records up-to-date.
General Sales Administration:
You''ll also play a crucial role in the sales administration by:
- Responding to live chat enquiries with enthusiasm and providing initial assistance.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing customer queries appropriately to ensure satisfaction.
- Processing orders through internal systems to ensure timely completion.
- Handling online orders, including the creation of company accounts, contacts, opportunities, and quotations.
- Processing orders with accuracy and diligence.
- Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a cohesive and efficient service experience.
