What You Will Do:

- Inspect components to ensure they meet drawing specifications, performing First Off and Periodic Inspections.

- Conduct finished goods inspections and sample audits to maintain high product standards.

- Drive continuous improvement by conducting shopfloor audits and identifying areas for enhancement.

- Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to address and resolve quality issues.

- Undertake internal quality audits and document corrective actions for reported quality concerns.

- Assist in delivering Toolbox Talks to raise awareness of quality standards and methods to prevent defects.

What You Will Bring:

- A strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to generate detailed reports.

- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications, and experience using precision measuring tools such as callipers, verniers, and micrometers.

- Desirable skills include CMM programming and ISO 9001 internal auditing.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels of the organisation.
