My client are a high growth manufacturing business based in North Cheltenham.They are recruiting this role on a permanent basis to help support their growth plans over the next few years and this role will be pivotal in helping to achieve the goals they have set. As the first Financial Controller within the busy, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving financial planning, analysis and decision making to ensure the companies continued growth and success.This will include managing all aspects of stock, cashflow forecasting, analysis and support for cash management, production of monthly management accounts including commentary on performance.Completing monthly VAT returns, business partnering with various key stakeholders across the organisation, as well as leading on budgeting and forecasting, audit and year end.
