Your key responsibilities will include:Assessing damage and determining the best method of repair or replacement for large body panels.Removing, repairing, and replacing large body panels, including roofs, quarter panels, and structural members.Using a variety of tools and equipment such as welders, jigs, pulling systems, and measuring systems.Ensuring that all repairs meet OEM (original equipment manufacturer) specifications.Conducting structural realignment and frame straightening as needed.Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.Accurately completing all job documentation and reports.Collaborating closely with paint technicians, estimators, and other repair staff.Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.What We''re Looking For: We seek individuals with a strong background and relevant skills.
