Position Overview: We are looking for a CNC Miller who is proficient in programming, setting up, and operating CNC Mills with 5 axis capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Fusion 360 as the offline programming package and Fanuc or Hurco controls would be useful. They will play a crucial role in their manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production and meeting strict deadlines. Working Hours: The standard working week for this position is 40 hours, with flexibility built into the schedule to accommodate varying production demands and personal preferences. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC mills to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Offline programming using Fusion360 or a similar CADCAM Package. Understanding of Fanuc and Hurco milling machinery with 5 axis systems. Select and install cutting tools, adjust tool offsets, and make necessary machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Interpret and modify CNC programs as needed to optimize machining processes and minimize cycle times. Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and prevent downtime.
