A rapidly growing building services consultancy is looking for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join its expanding team. Established just three years ago, the business has already built an impressive portfolio of high-end residential projects and is now making strong strides into the commercial sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious company at a pivotal stage of its growth.

The role offers the chance to work closely with the founding Director, gaining direct mentorship and involvement in all aspects of the design process, client engagement, and project delivery. With a clear long-term vision in place, there is real potential for the right person to grow with the business and develop into a leadership or even Director-level role in the future.

The working culture is built on flexibility and trust. Team members typically work two days a week in the office and three days remotely, with flexible working hours to support a balanced lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical design working on Residential and commercial projects with a solid technical foundation and the confidence to communicate directly with clients and attend site meetings.
