This is a newly created role due to good company growth. You will be working on a variety of projects spanning multiple sectors.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Delivering detailed mechanical building services designsLiaising with multidisciplinary stakeholders including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, contractors, and internal/external project teamsAttending project group meetings and technical design reviewsEnsuring designs and ongoing system requirements meet legislative and Handamp;S standardsAdvising clients and architects on energy use and conservationnProducing designs using CAD and BIM (Revit) tools and other engineering resourcesExperience required:An accredited Building Services degreeExperience in a similar mechanical building services design roleIdeally working towards chartered engineer status with a suitable institutionStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues for clients and project teamsAmbition, a willingness to learn, and strong diligence/organisationThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a high performing company who will invest in your development.Please apply now!
