The role

You''ll be responsible for setting up and running production lines to ensure the right product is packed to the highest quality, food safety, and customer standards. You''ll lead a small team of operatives on the line, monitor KPIs, complete paperwork, manage hygiene tasks, and respond to any issues that impact efficiency.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a busy production setting and leads by example.

About you

• Experience in FMCG, ideally in fresh produce or food manufacturing

• Food Safety Level 2 & Health & Safety Level 2 (essential)

• Line Leader or Machine Operator experience (preferred)

• Strong communicator who motivates others and gets the best from a team

• Good attention to detail and confidence completing production paperwork

• Able to commute reliably without public transport
