Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation that specialises in providing high-quality products to the industrial sector, and who pride themselves on commitment to excellence and their dynamic work environment, is seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their business on a fixed term basis. Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, your role will involve:Coordinating customer order fulfilment to ensure satisfactionLiaising with production teams to update customers on delivery statusesProcessing customer sales orders using our ERP systemRaising stock replenishment orders when necessaryManaging and updating customer portals for key accountsEstablishing and maintaining customer price listsInputting Bills of Materials (BOMs) for ongoing projects, collaborating with the Commercial and Manufacturing teams Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):To thrive in this role, you should have:A confident and professional demeanour with customersA self-motivated attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication skills across all internal departmentsExcellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detailA process-oriented approach, able to work independently or collaboratively Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a Customer Service or sales administration roleProficiency in MS Office applicationsFamiliarity with ERP systems for order processingKnowledge or ..... full job details .....
