We are looking for compassionate, organised and proactive individuals to join a highly respected charitable organisation supporting elderly residents aged 65+ within beautiful housing communities in Richmond. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the main point of contact for residents, helping to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment while encouraging independence and wellbeing. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in: Care homes Domiciliary care Care agencies Supported housing Retirement living Community support Resident or customer-facing care environments Previous Scheme Manager experience is not essential but a background of working with the elderly is.
