My client is looking for an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking learning professional to design and develop training curriculum and content to support their Training Program. Responsibilities; Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, content writing and course development of self-faced/on-demand eLearning and certification exams Researches and conducts content assessment of existing course materials Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, writing, development, testing, implementation and evaluation of all training materials Design and develop cutting edge, graphically rich, engaging learning materials Understand content structure and how curriculums, courses, modules, learning objectives and assessment questions are designed to transfer and validate knowledge Works closely with subject matter experts Work closely with instructional designers, project leads, and key stakeholders to assess training content needs and deliver high-quality training and certification programs Qualifications/You; BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar 10+ years of ..... full job details .....
