About the role The EFI Group is undergoing a period of significant growth and change as a result of the acquisition of the London College of Beauty Therapy. The Marketing team (currently 16 staff) is a centralised department which supports all four divisions within the group, with all facets of marketing. Each division is driving change through the launch of multiple new deliveries, brand extensions and revenue generating business streams.
