Site Engineer Required – RAF Coningsby

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major infrastructure project at RAF Coningsby, starting in April.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for setting out and quality assurance across key elements of the project, including:

• Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC)
• Pit and duct installation
• Lighting works

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate setting out of works in line with design drawings
• Conducting QA checks and maintaining records
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
• Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Supporting site management with technical input

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in PQC, ducting, and lighting works
• Competent with setting out equipment (e.g., total station, GPS)
• Solid understanding of QA processes and documentation
• CSCS card (essential)
