You will be supporting their engagement with learning, and positive behaviour development. This role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with Autism and Behaviour NeedsSpotting signs of dysregulation and helping the child to manage their emotionsSupporting the pupil to access learning and integration.Developing a safe and trusting relationship with the pupil.Encouraging the pupil to build confidence in a comfortable and reassuring environment.
