This is a fully remote opportunity offering immediate impact in a key area of the finance function. You''ll play a key role in ensuring accurate service charge management across multiple schemes, supporting year-end accounts, rent reviews, and monthly reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and code service charge transactions with precisionPrepare, calculate, and review service charge estimates and actualsReconcile data across housing and finance systemsRespond promptly to internal service charge queriesContribute to process improvements and system enhancementsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong track record in calculating and managing service chargesAdvanced Excel skills and confidence with large data setsExcellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAble to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
