Our services in Stoke-on-Trent are based in the Meir Heath area where we provide 24 hour supported living facilities providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities. We accommodate up to 8 people with mild to complex Learning Disabilities. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible. We endeavor to create positive family relationships offering a good circle of support. There is a strong focus on supporting individuals'' lives in a person centered way which includes various activities, shopping, managing own budgets and cooking.
