Ivy Resource Group is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance, minor works, and small project installations across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in North West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mobile engineer looking to join a growing facilities management contract with long-term stability and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

• Complete minor new works and project installations

• Respond to issues within agreed SLA timescales

• Work across domestic, commercial, and light industrial settings

• Maintain accurate records of works carried out

• Ensure all work complies with H&S procedures and client protocols

• Participate in out-of-hours callout rota when required

Requirements:

Essential:

• Approved City & Guilds Electrician or equivalent

• AM2 and 18th Edition qualified

• JIB Gold Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Good communication and organisation skills

Desirable:

• C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection)

• Gold CSCS Card

• First Aid training

• Site Health & Safety certification
