CNC Recruitment are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our client in Yeovil a well-respected aerospace engineering company. Woking hours: Part Time Flexible Hours Job Type: Temporary Ongoing Salary: £12.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: Security: Ensure all buildings are secure and locked at the end of each day. Cleaning: Perform regular and deep cleaning of internal and external spaces including offices, restrooms, and communal areas. Maintain hygiene standards and replenish consumables. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Ensure Biffa contract is maintained and bin pick ups scheduled. Gardening: Carry out general grounds maintenance: mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and seasonal tasks and FOD Inspections. Operate and maintain garden equipment safely. DIY and Odd Jobs: Assemble furniture, mount fixtures, and complete basic carpentry and painting tasks. Assist with various ad hoc maintenance requests as they arise. Painting, decorating and repairs. Liaise with landlord regarding maintenance and upkeep. Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building inspections. Perform small repairs and touch-ups to internal and external structures. Identify and report any issues needing specialist attention. Drainage: Unblock and clean gutters, downpipes, and minor drainage systems. Report complex drainage issues as needed.
