Customer Service Administrator 26,378 37 hours per week Permanent role Our client, a blue chip company with a busy office and production division based in Basingstoke, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This a permanent Customer Service Administrator role with great working hours: Monday - Wednesday - (Apply online only) Thursday (Apply online only) Friday (Apply online only) This role requires experience within a customer service / administration environment. You will also need good PC skills - word, excel and outlook. Full training will be provided but experience in an office environment is essential. Overview: To provide an office based link between customer and Company in order to satisfy queries, record and resolve problems and ensure a high standard of customer care in accordance with our customer commitment. Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries Maintain traceability of Customer Communication through use of logs and administering the Customer Service email account To build good working relationships with your customer base in order to effectively and efficiently deal with their day-to-day needs To maintain their accounts and update when needed To complete all calls according to schedule Fostering good working relationships within your immediate team and across all Departments.
