• Supervising day-to-day front-of-house operations across hospitality and retail areas
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team to deliver high standards of service
• Providing hands-on support during busy periods andndash; including food andamp; drink service, retail sales, and customer care
• Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and overall customer experience are consistently excellent
• Training new staff and helping maintain a positive team culture
• Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally and efficiently
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control and ordering
• Ensuring compliance with health andamp; safety, food hygiene, and company procedures

• Previous supervisory/team leader experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role (at least 1 year)
• A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
• Passion for great service and attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and confident making decisions
• Able to stay calm and supportive under pressure
• Flexible and reliable, with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable using tills and basic tech systems (training provided)

• Primarily Monday to Friday shifts, daytime hours
• Occasional weekend cover may be required for special events or seasonal demand
• Full-time hours
