We are working closely with a reputable, well-funded housebuilder to strengthen their Land team with a driven and experienced Senior Land Manager to secure sites from 50-300+ units throughout Kent and East Sussex. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated operator with both strong industry contacts and a track record of acquiring sites of a similar scale. Reporting into the Land & Planning Director, you will support the wider team and work closely with other departments to ensure a diligent and efficient acquisition process.
