Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a well-established-main contractor who are looking for a permanent senior quantity surveyor to join their commercial-team.- This role will be working on their Network Rail CP7 works which will run through to 2029.

These roles involve the commercial management of a portfolio of projects with an estimated annual value of -10 million. This framework includes maintenance and renewals of canopies, buildings, depots, platform structures, car parks, and subways.

You will ideally come from a rail background and have experience in NEC forms of contract.- The role will require 2 days from their offices and 3 days working remotely.
