Office Administrator (Maternity Cover) 12 Month close to Coventry City CentreWe are pleased to assist our valued client, and they are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover contract. This varied role is central to keeping our organisation running smoothly, supporting governance, projects, and community-focused initiatives.Responsibilities
Provide administrative and diary support across teamsAssist with projects, reports, and governance processesLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersSupport grant administration and community eventsMaintain accurate records and dataQualifications
Previous admin experience with strong IT (MS Office, CRM) skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesA team player who can also work independentlyFlexible, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities(Desirable) Knowledge of the charity sector and local communitiesBenefits
