Bookkeeper Accounts Clerk, City of London (EC4) 30,000 - 40,000We are currently working with a property investor owner located in London who are keen to recruit someone with a couple of years experience of bookkeeping.Ideally you will have experience of working within the property finance space, and have an understanding of the complexities of the general real estate industry.System used is MRI, prior experience beneficial however full support and training can also be provided.Most important is that of finding someone who has attention to detail, a positive work ethic and can-do attitude, and will have the ability to sit well within a small team of property specialists.Day to day will be general accounting tasks, updating and reporting, looking after payments etc.If you are located in London and easily commutable to Cannon Street Station this could be an option for you.The property portfolio that they own consists of a handful of commercial office blocks of varying sizes, the aim will be to continue to invest and grow the portfolio, so along with the growth of their investment will be that individuals roles will also grow and with that will come more responsibility and rewards.Please note this is a small firm in London, financially backed and supported by a large overseas institutional investor.
