Assistant Site Manager

Due to continued expansion we are seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager for our clients residential development in Boston. This role is ideally suited to someone looking to progress and develop their career and is either a temp to perm, or a permanent role depending on experience. The position is due to commence on or around Monday 18th August and is an ongoing position, leading to a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful applicants must have excellent management skills, with knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively assisting with the management of residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme, and to meet the needs of our valued customers. Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire, who enjoy an enviable reputation for building quality new homes on attractive well designed developments varying in size from c30 units up to 500 units. The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way, and we are looking to appoint experienced, driven and ambitious Assistant Site Managers to help them deliver their expansion plans, and meet customer expectations. Required experience: Site Management. Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS for Assistants. Competent in Timber Frame Construction.
