Undertaking maintenance & repairs on student accomodation blocks.


Responsibilities:

Single trade background but able to turn your hand to another trade

Carpentry

Plumbing

Tiling

Plastering

Decorating

Basic Brickwork

Void property upgrades

Requirements:

Time Served

Full tool set.

Full driving license
