Our client is a rapidly growing Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who are seeking a hardworking Administrator / Coordinator who can integrate well into their friendly team. Daily tasks will vary, but include: answering incoming client enquiries, data inputting, coordinating appointments and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. Ideally, you will be located around: Huntingdon, St Ives, Peterborough, March, Wisbech, King''s Lynn, Ely, Cambridge, St Neots, Stamford, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Spalding, Grantham, Boston, Oakham, Northampton, Bedford, Holbeach.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have worked as an administrator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
- Able to prioritise workload
- Good telephone manner
- Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Professional manner
- Good organisational skills

The Role:
- Working within a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company, providing administrative support to members of the team
- Managing diaries for site staff, booking, rearranging and cancelling appointments
- Contacting clients to arrange access to site
- Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
- Booking accommodation and transport for engineers and members of management
- Inputting information into the company''s database
- Issuing reports to clients
- Representing the company in a professional manner
