OverviewWe are partnering with a well-regarded law practice seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1-2 years'' PQE to develop a broad and stimulating caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The successful candidate will work with a range of clients, providing strategic and commercially sound advice across a variety of employment-related issues.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.Advise on disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence procedures.Provide TUPE advice and assist with drafting and reviewing documentation.Handle Employment Tribunal litigation, including advocacy where appropriate.Draft and negotiate Settlement Agreements on behalf of employers and employees.Advise on industrial relations and matters relating to strike action.Support clients through restructures, redundancies, and due diligence on projects with a people-related focus.Deliver client training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Support partners on complex and high-profile matters.Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen client relationships.About YouQualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1-2 years'' PQE in Employment Law.Demonstrates strong technical ability and a solid understanding of employment legislation.Commercially minded with the ability to deliver pragmatic ..... full job details .....
