The Role:This client-facing role offers the opportunity to provide proactive corporation tax services to an exciting portfolio of clients in the Property/Real Estate sector. You''ll work collaboratively within a team environment while managing your own responsibilities and meeting critical deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Manage corporation tax compliance processes for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including standalone entities and international groupsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication at all levelsProvide expert tax advisory services to partners and clients across multiple areas, i.e. exit planning strategies, acquisitions and disposals, RandD, venture capital etc. Demonstrate creativity in recognising potential tax opportunities and pitfallsLine manage junior staff membersContribute to firm growth through involvement in new client proposalsAttend networking events and industry functionsThe Individual: Previous experience managing a client portfolio, including group structuresCTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)Solid understanding of UK corporation tax legislation and international tax principlesExcellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively at all levelsProven influencing and ..... full job details .....
