About the Role
We are seeking a bright, motivated, and tech-savvy Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a dynamic and friendly team at a leading client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term administrative career.
You''ll be joining a collaborative team of four, rotating weekly between front-of-house reception duties and back-office business support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is eager to be part of a hardworking and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties (1 week rotation):
- Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
- Handling meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Team Assistant Duties (1 week rotation):
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Supporting the secretaries and wider business support team
- Managing internal communications and ad hoc tasks
- Helping with events, team coordination, and general office duties

- A strong administrator or receptionist with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A team player who is proactive, helpful, and eager to support others
- Someone who is motivated, reliable, and looking for long-term stability
- A school leaver or early-career candidate
- Client-focused with a professional and friendly manner
- Able to switch seamlessly between front-of-house and back-office responsibilities
