You ll be instrumental in managing retrofit projects to raise Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings to at least Band C by 2030, while ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035 and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end retrofit contract delivery across multiple properties. Oversee on-site inspections and data collection to determine appropriate retrofit measures. Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and relevant retrofit standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes. Engage and communicate effectively with tenants to prepare them for upcoming works. Contribute to strategy and policy development to support long-term carbon reduction goals. Provide technical advice and resolve issues that arise during project delivery. Lead and support a small team of surveyors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
