Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficultiesHelping to implement therapeutic strategies and interventionsAssisting students with emotional regulation and behaviour managementSupporting classroom activities and ensuring an inclusive learning environmentWorking closely with SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and TherapistsHelping students build confidence, independence, and social skillsIdeal Candidate
Psychology graduate (or related degree) with an interest in SEN and mental healthPassionate about supporting children with additional needsUnderstanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and psychological interventionsEmpathetic, patient, and adaptable to different learning stylesStrong communication and teamwork skillsDBS on the Update Service or willingness to applyBenefits / What''s in It for You?
