About the Role:
Supply Desk is partnering with a well-regarded Secondary School in Basingstoke to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. The role involves supporting students with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help students access the curriculum and develop confidence in their learning.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to provide in-class and one-to-one support for students with diverse learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment and help students thrive academically and personally. The role is offered initially until July 2026, with the potential for permanent employment.
