This role requires clinical confidence, excellent assessment skills, and a calm, family-centred approach.Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions such as:Tracheostomy care and suctioningVentilation support (invasive and non-invasive)Enteral feeding (PEG/NG)Oxygen therapySeizure managementMedication administration (including emergency medication)Monitor and document vital signs and clinical observations.Provide emotional reassurance and support to both the child/young person and their family.Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in line with CQC standards.Requirements Active NMC pin Minimum 6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experienceEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Practical Manual Handling and Basic Life Support certificationDriver''s License ..... full job details .....
